Our ABA program utilizes a hierarchical structure with a BCBA overseeing all clinical aspects. The BCBA conducts initial evaluations, develops individualized, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound treatment goals, and collaborates with parents, teachers and other health providers. They also provide direct supervision to RBTs to ensure accurate and ethical implementation of interventions. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivers direct, one-on-one therapy using BCBA-designed behavior analytic strategies and teaching programs. RBTs collect objective data on program goals during sessions, which is crucial for tracking progress and adjusting interventions.
To ensure effective, high-quality treatment, the BCBA consults with the RBT and directly observes the child during therapy sessions to assess intervention responses, provide real-time RBT guidance, and ensure treatment fidelity. The BCBA also holds regular parent meetings for open communication, to discuss progress, address concerns, and collaboratively problem-solve.
Recognizing that family support is crucial for successful ABA therapy, our program offers comprehensive resources, tailored training, and ongoing support to address each family's diverse needs. This includes connecting them with community resources, providing behavior change training for home use, and offering emotional support. Our BCBAs and RBTs are certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), ensuring they meet rigorous educational, experiential, and ethical standards for providing medically necessary applied behavior analysis services. The BACB's website (https://www.bacb.com/) offers more details on their standards. Employing BACB-certified professionals demonstrates our commitment to evidence-based and ethical ABA therapy.
